Show me just one single incident of a foreigner being in IDC because he didn't pay a bribe. How would they even know who complained about them from thousands of complaints they receive? Please enlighten me.

Although there are plenty of people serving jail term for bribing am official and I know several officials who have been fined, demoted or reposted to some tiny village in Nakorn Sri Nowhere.

The Thai Criminal Code criminalizes both active and passive bribery. According to Section 144, the punishment that may be imposed for the bribing an official is imprisonment up to 5 years or a fine of 10,000 THB, or both. This includes even the offering of a bribe to a policeman or other official and can result in jail time.

If you're cowardly enough not to stand up for what's right or wrong, that's entirely your choice. You might reflect about it once YOU sit in detention 😉

As for being the right or wrong place for me? Well I've been pretty fine for the last 40 years here inThailand, without paying bribes.

Single entry tourist visa you can apply on any Embassy/Consulate.

Multiple entry tourist visa can only be applied for in your country of residence or nationality.

So, unless you have Cambodian residency, you can only apply for a single entry tourist visa.

For the 800'000THB you need either proof it came from abroad or you earned and paid tax for it here in Thailand.

In general, if you (or your host) file a new TM30, you need to file a new TM30 when back but if the address on file hasn't changed, you don't.

But as mentioned before, it depends on the policy of the individual immigration offices around the country.

Or 3'800THB for a Multiple Re-Entry Permit in case you intend to leave Thailand several times during the validity of your Visa or Extension to Stay.

I got 1.25% fixed interest over 5 years which will easily cover any bank charges.

I use the exact same "Fixed Savings Account" from Bangkok Bank since many, many years for my extension of stay and never ever had a problem.

Before you go for your extension, ask the bank for a statement for immigration and they know what you need.
