Hi, need a quick answer please, not been to Thailand for over a decade, can you please tell me how long you get in Thailand without a visa from Uk !? Answer I'm finding on Google are conflicting !
Please excuse me if this question is considered stupid.
I am an American 60yo. I would like to come to Thailand 2x per year for no more than 90 days each time. Is this possible? I do not have the 800k for a non O visa, and really only want to stay for 90 days at a time. Thanks in advance.
Later this month am visiting Laos from Northern Thailand for 2 nights as advised so I can return to Thailandas my family visa expires. Can someone please tell me how many days you get 30 or 60 days - believe changed to 60 a few months back but want to check. Thank you
I might have a rather stupid question but this visa is still new and confusing so please forgive my ignorance.
DTV visa is a multiple entry visa and is given for 5 years. Every time you enter you get 180 days.
Does it mean 2x180 entries a year x 5 years or like I am allowed to travel and have, say, 3-4 entries a year without it affecting the overall 5 years timeline?
Hello — is there a limit on the number of stamps you can get for entering into Thailand on the DTV? I’m thinking about leaving before my 6 months duration is due, but was worried about being able to enter Thailand more than 2-3 times a year. Thank you!
Just to be clear, once you receive an email from the Thailand MFA notifying you than your DTV has been approved, do you then have up to five years to actually enter Thailand and get your passport stamped (not that anyone would actually wait that long)? And then, once you’ve entered, does that mark the start of your first 180 day entry period, giving you ten periods (or roughly 5 years) to stay in Thailand?
