Re: the new TM30 website - To register as a condo owner, it requires filling in a space for Thai National ID No. It will not take my US passport number, but won't let you leave it blank, cannot complete registration. Any idea how to complete registration? Thanks for any advice!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user encountered an issue while registering as a condo owner on the new TM30 website, as the form required a Thai National ID number. They discovered that by selecting 'foreigner' at the top of the form, they could enter their passport information instead, allowing them to complete the registration. Additionally, there was a discussion about paperwork required for co-owners, with insights on constraints like multiple ownership registrations.
What paper work do you need to register as a co-owner of my house?

I'm not an expert, but in my experience, only one of the people can register as owner. i.e. I registered as owner of the unit I co-own, & was then unable to register my husband as also an owner. So I need to report myself as resident, and also my husband when he returns from overseas. The paperwork - in addition to our papers from the purchase, we needed the number from the blue book.
Solved - I'm an idiot! I didn't notice, at the top of the form you can check "foreigner" - and then it asks for your passport & nationality. I've registered.
