, We worked from this list. It's from the Thai Embassy in Phenom Penh because the Thai Embassy Yangon did not have a list. We didn't have everything but we had more in some cases. We had no problem with the visa. Working now on the extension with an agent, which I highly recommend.
Our marriage certificate is from Myanmar so we had an English translation which was notarized by a Myanmar notary. We did not have a Thai translation. US Citizens Services will no longer authenticate documents (check to be sure) but if I were you, I would have a Thai translation that is authenticated. Someone on here will know how to do that. As long as you have as much of the list you posted as you can and anything else you have, you should be OK. You are only looking to get the 3 month visa first so you can come back to your home immigration office apply for the extension. We hired an agent for that part and we are doing that now.
