Should have got the leasing agent to help you, I did as they did not want risk losing their commission.
Keith *********
You can use an agent but I don't like to pay money out unnecessarily.

Well you have to open a Kasikorn account and I did that with the help of my Thai wife. Then I just used Wise to transfer at least
*****
baht a month.

Apart from problem caused by applying for my extension in Chiang Mai and account been in Sukhothai.

But if you have a Chiang Mai account and you apply for your visa in Chiang Mai then it should not be a problem.

If using the income method make you
*****
baht is an International transfer. I used to use Bangkok bank for the transfers but it was no longer classified International so I had to open a Kasikorn account for this purpose.

I guess one can go

I can do but prefer to use my card. If I use my Chiang Mai BB card in Sukhothai I get charged and the same if I use my Sukhothai Kasikorn card in Chiang Mai I get charged. So I just transfer funds to avoid the charges. These charges have been applied with my BB card for the past 18 years and about 5 years with my Kasikorn card.

Will have to agree to disagree on this. Yes you can use QR with no charge, but when I use Kasikorn or B.B. atm out of province I do get charged.

@Christopher ************
Because they charge you when you withdraw money out of atm not in your original province.
