Apartment prices have shot up drastically this year. Although i am looking for a modest brand-less one bed apartment in a good area like Thonglor, the listings have been crazy. Some brand names two-bedroom apartments such as Mandarin or Ritz Carlton are asking an exuberant 200k bahts/month. Nothing special about these apartments to justify the high rent! Again, it is not for me but eventually all prices are tied and correlate together
