Chances of you selling and completing all the bollox paperwork in 3 months is very slim. Last UK house I sold was a no chain cash buyer. took around 6 months with the solicitors etc . No idea why it took that long but it did .

Myself and my Mrs are doing the same thing . UK house for sale and have already bought a house in Thailand that is being renovated.

I think you can worry too much about what if ???? Screw it and just go and cross problems when they occur. Life's to short 👍

thanks Charles . I'm going to get 2 RC's just incase the bank keeps it . It will work out cheaper and easier as it's about 200k round trip for the licences.

the bank account is my first task . I'm in Pai so I've got to go to Mae Hong Son or Chiang Mai for the licences .

thank you . I was planning on getting 2 CR from immigration tomorrow as long as it won't expire in 7 days . May as well ask for 3 going by what Virgile posted 👍
