I'll be returning back to my serviced apartment in Chiang Mai next month on a tourist visa. Can anyone complete the TM30 online? Can I?

I thought the online system was for hotels and property owners to report their guests?

Historically, I have always done in at the IO myself in person, so I know it's been done.

great idea. I wonder if it takes a while for the system to populate all the posts with #links until they show. That my only explanation. Thanks anyway for your continued advice and support. You do a great job here and the Farangs stranded group. 👍🏼

😂😂 next time I see you mention an added topic I will screen shot the OP and prove to you that I'm not going silly or blind. 😂

weird. I've just returned to this OP on my phone and the topic links are now showing, as per screenshot. They certainly weren't showing for me earlier and in other posts where you mentioned topics added, hence the reason I asked the question. 👍🏼

OK. I'm not familiar with a forum. Unfortunately they don't show in the OP's when viewed via a phone app(android in my case), which I presume 90%+ of people use to create and view the group posts.

James, can you explain 'topics' that you place on OP's posts. I have seen on several occasions where you state that you have placed a 'topic', but I can never find them in the OP or anywhere else in the comments. I thought that it maybe a hashtag in the OP but there isn't one in this original post (OP). Thanks.

🤔 I just think you should post your phone number/line ID here and change your business card to "Better Call Tod" to deliver that more personal service. 😉 Thanks for sharing your 'wizdom' over the years Tod.

If you've already got your 'under consideration' stamp, just your passport. I've never been asked for the blue slip. That's because they won't give you an under consideration stamp without the 1900baht payment already being made. Maybe take it, just be be on the safe side. Different offices have different expectations.

in chimag mai, you get the extension from the day you apply, not when your previous visa /extension expires.

1. I've done 2 covid extensions at Chiang Mai Immigration near the Airport.

No Embassy letter required.

2/Copy of TM30 or copy of TM30 slip attached in passport is required.

This should have been done /obtained within 24 hours of arriving at your accommodation. Your landlord should have done it. If you turn up for you covid extension it's most likely will be declined without a TM30 and you may cop a fine for it not being done.

There are 3 different forms to fill in for the covid extension, plus a photo is needed and copy of passport pages +1900baht.
