If it is for Thai Immigration purposes a copy of the annual award letter from DWP is sufficient.

have used email statements and combined entry bank book for the last 2 years without any problems.

BBL emailed statements are accepted by Hua Hin Immigration for extension of stay. Have used them for the last 2 years.

The answer is it's not strickly legal. If you want to continue working remotely legally the answer is a DTV.

Bit tricky about the address. You can risk using the Condo address and not say it is rented out (better if you have a yellow book). Another option would be a letter from your partner stating you live in the house with her. I did this for a number of years living in my wife's house.
