Proof of Residential Address in Thailand is now a problem. Many UK Institutions no longer accept Certification by Thai Notaries. The only way is via a zoom call to your financial advisor or certification by a UK solicitor.
yes I know but most only require statements, an account certificate and copies of updated passbook. BBL used to produce a letter detailing monthly transfers, think that is the letter they no longer produce as it is not a requirement.
To get married in Thailand you will need a certificate of freedom to marry from the British Embassy, then that certificate has to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With that done you make an appointment at the amphur to register the marriage. You will need 2 witnesses to register the marriage. As you are both in UK I would say it is easier to just go and marry at a registry office in UK then have the certificate notorized by the Thai Embassy in London.
