 you have to go to the bank and request it. You can get them automatically emailed to you but again have to go to bank to set this up.

That is Credit Advice of money being transferred from Kasikorn Bank. You need a Credit Advice from Kasikorn Bank.

I got my Yellow Book in Hua Hin last year. I had to get my Passport translated by the British Embassy then certified by the MFA at Chaengwattana.

Actually what you need is a Credit Advice for each International Transfer. Your bank or the Bank receiving the International Funds can provide this. I use Bangkok Bank and this can be set up to be emailed to you when each transfer arrives.
