The answer is it's not strickly legal. If you want to continue working remotely legally the answer is a DTV.

Bit tricky about the address. You can risk using the Condo address and not say it is rented out (better if you have a yellow book). Another option would be a letter from your partner stating you live in the house with her. I did this for a number of years living in my wife's house.

nobody will force you to do anything. If you leave at the end of 90 days without applying for an extension the Non O is finished, history.

I know that but the guy I replied to claimed he went to the Embassy. The Embassy is in Satorn, bet he didn't go there.

where was the embassy office you went to. The Embassy is in Satorn Road, all the other offices are VFS Global.
