you can't get a work permit on a DTV visa. Hiring staff & setting up a local company would need a Business Visa.

yes correct she was on extension of stay but is the same result it is now gone and she has to start over. Nearly did the same myself once.

Yes you can but you need a work permit to do it legally. Too get work permit you will need to set up a company.

Hua Hin Office accept the monthly statement print out from the BB phone app. Have used the print out for the last 2 years

as long as your embassy accepts the documentation to verify your income it does not matter which country the income derives from.

yes much easier and some Immigration Offices do not accept monthly transfer for Marriage Visa Extensions

unfortunately does not show as International Transfer with all banks. Some it shows as Interbank Transfer.

you will not get a consular letter from the UK Embassy, they do not issue affidavits confirming income.

You will need proof of transferring at least per month from overseas. . Not sure if wise transfer is shown as Overseas Transfer on Kasikorn Statements, if not you will have to get a Foreign Exchange Certificate(FEC) for each transfer.
