Christopher Leslie if you want to be more specific with words and the process : they are refused entry, sent in immigration jail for being a suspicious case, given 2 options : to get back to their country or go back to the country they came from. People who are already in Thailand and try to overstay get deported.

Donald Campbell there is a huge difference between someone in the 40-70 yrs old age bracket staying for short periods of time mainly from their home country, and people staying longer stays in the 20-40 age bracket coming from other countries that are not their home country.

Everyone see it from their own perspective depending on their own case without considering others cases.

But yeah I agree it's mainly people staying 60 days and trying to extend or doing visa runs. That's the exact demographic I am talking about. I am part of all the large digital nomad communities where we all travel full time.

it literally clearly says "if you don't have any, you may go to your local muay thai gym and take some pictures". I believe anyone can type "muay thai gym" on google maps and go to the first muay thai gym around to take pictures as requested by the agent to make sure they get their 5-year visa.

that's definitely not a good advice.

You're paying an agent to do their job, as professionals they tell people what to do in order to make sure 110% that they get their visa approved, and also make sure they keep their reputation with immigration for sending serious applications.

Why would you hire professionals then if you're not listening to their advice?

It's as if a plumber tells you that you need to pay extra as they need to buy a new pipe and you say "I am the customer I know we don't need a new pipe" and then complain that there is a leak lol
