Yes thats what i said: specific requirements. Thus some one you dont want to transfer 800k baht to a thai bank account will much more easy show money in their home country account just for short period.

In the TDAC they only ask about your initial lodging address. You can move to anywhere. I am sure not even your first address is checked.

If you are the owner you can open a online TM30 account by filing a request incl your ownership documents. Once you have registered you can file a TM30 for yourself or any foreign guest staying in your property. But you can also file a TM30 in person at the immigration.
