ORIGINAL POSTERI went to the Canada Thai embassy website. The website said a doctors physical filled out sheet stating good health about various things about you is necessary. Did I read it wrong?

ORIGINAL POSTERDo students entering Thailand on an NON-MIGRANT O "ED" visa education visa need to obtain a medical certificate for LEPROSY, TUBERCULOSIS (T.B.), ELEPHANTIASIS, DRUG ADDICTION, THIRD STEP OF SYPHILIS ? Is the NON-MIGRANT O-A visa totally different?
