TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, it is the responsibility of property owners or hotel management to report a foreign guest's arrival within 24 hours. Tourists or foreigners do not need to report their address themselves. Confusion often arises around this topic, especially regarding the TM30 form, which is only relevant if the foreigner needs to interact with immigration services. Guests are typically not affected if their host fails to report their stay; however, it is advisable for property owners to comply to avoid potential fines.
You only need to think about a TM30 if you need to go to immigration. Almost every place outside the tourist area won’t do a tm30.

You are not supposed to report anything

I've arrived in Thailand couple days ago staying at girlfriends place so she is required to report I'm staying there what happens if she doesn't report me as staying at property 🤔
A year or so ago I went to immigration in Ubon to get an extension. My girlfriend was told she was in violation for not reporting me staying at her address. I think, even though I submitted her address and submitted her invitation letter when applying for the METV, she should have filed to report my presence at her address.
She talked her way out of paying a fine, but this is what we learned.

Not sure I remember correctly but I think they wanted her to pay ฿1900.
Property and hotel owners are responsible for doing the reporting..
Nothing is required by the tourist or hotel guest.
Forget about it, not your problem.

You dont need too.

I must say that your request and response just don’t add up.

Foreigners don't do anything. Property owners are required to report a foreigner staying at their property within 24 hours of arrival. Having the link would do you no good as you're not a property owner so you wouldn't even be able to register.
depending on the local office policy, usually if you have a primary residence with a TM30 filed and travel around Thailand, then return to your home many offices don't care, check with that office about their policy, if you truly are moving you need your new house owner to file an updated TM30.
👍I am the new house owner. So I go in to lodge the TM30?

If you are the owner you can open a online TM30 account by filing a request incl your ownership documents. Once you have registered you can file a TM30 for yourself or any foreign guest staying in your property. But you can also file a TM30 in person at the immigration.
some immigration offices required a TM27 if you move to a new province. But that's only if you're on a long term visa/extension. Otherwise the new property owner just files a TM30
I am the new property owner so need to go about changing the home address on my visa(retirement) …I frequently travel out of town, then back to my new house…that was why I was asking about the online log in method..each time I come back to my house I guess I need to be reporting for myself…
