TLDR : Answer Summary
The 60-day visa stamp is still available for entry into Thailand, but its availability may depend on the traveler's nationality and specific circumstances. Most recent comments confirm that travelers from certain countries can still receive the 60-day stamp upon arrival, and there have been no recent changes to this policy since July 15, 2024.

So I can enter for 60 days in May. Leave after 60 days then use the 60 days in September. Leave again after 60 days then re-enter in April 2026 for 60 days? Will that be that you discretion of the immigration officer?
