I had entered Thailand three times past one year. I first bought 30 day insurance for a regular visa exempt entry. Second one, I had to buy 90 day insurance which I used for both Non-O e-visa and Thailand Pass. Third time, I still had enough dates left from my 90 day insurance for a re-entry. AXA Thailand is not issuing a new policy. Luma might be the alternative.
Day 1 includes a stop-by at the hospital for a drive through PCR test in a taxi that the hotel provides you. Then the taxi takes you to the hotel. You get released from the hotel when you test negative next day. You go off to do your business until Day 5.
On Day 5, you go to the hotel to check in. They will tell you to go to their affiliated hospital on your own (in my case). You can't go to other ones.
You come back to the hotel and wait for the result next day.
You can stay in different hotels in different cities for Day 1 and Day 5 under the scheme of Test & Go. I came to Thailand last week. Day 5 was like a joke. You have to go to the hospital at your expense and nobody oversees it.
Thanks for the further information. Don't forget the huge amount of fee for permanent residency in addition to the language test. Also, tax reports seem to be important in getting permanent residency.
Non-O is the marriage visa. There's no visa officially called "marriage visa". You can only extend Non-O annually before you can apply for permanent residency which is extremely hard. You need to report your address every 90 days. You also need to get re-entry permit to travel.
