Why do you feel scammed? You literally didn’t meet the criteria. I think it was your own fault.

Just apply under the category that best applies. If you’re not a digital nomad, don’t apply as one.

Try a soft skill or the medical route, you could also try you luck using your HK company. But as you said it’s not in use.
