You are talking about something different to the OP as you already have your Non-O. Two months before and 3 months after are not the requirements for the initial Non-O Visa, that is for the 12 month Extension of Stay. Seasoning for the initial Non-O is required in Jomtien and a very small number of other Immigration Offices.
