What are the financial requirements for a Thai Digital Nomad Visa (DTV)?
Am thinking of applying for a dtv. Is the requirement tk have 500k baht in a Thai bank or in a foreign bank to that value - as I understand you cannot even open a bank account over there with dtv.
Answer summary
When applying for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand, the requirement regarding the 500,000 baht appears to be flexible. It can be held in a Thai bank or in a foreign bank account, according to different embassy guidelines. Additionally, it is recommended to check the relevant embassy website for specifics related to the amount and type of account. General suggestions encourage contacting a Thai Visa center for accurate information and assistance.
