I see, thanks. In terms of a border run, I'm based near to Pattaya. What is the best approach for achieving a border run? Apply for a visa first / do all the online information. Then go stay in Laos or Cambodia for a couple of nights? Haven't done a border run before, any advice would be most welcome!

Thank you all for the advice. Fingers crossed I guess... When my STV does end at some point, is my only option to fly back to the UK and return to Thailand on a new Visa? Is there an option for me to get a new visa while here or a border run somehwere?

Almost finished now - What is expected for this question? - Applicant must apply for e-Visa via specific Embassy/Consulate conforming with his/her consular jurisdiction and residency. Applicant is required to upload document that can verify his/her current residency.

When looking for the correct site to apply for the STV, I can only mostly find the older posts / application information such as the old 'ASQ needed' - Seems they're not updated often. Can someone please point me in the direction of where to apply for the correct Special Tourist Visa 2022? 🙏
