When applying for the Evisa (STV) Special Tourist Visa - Under 'Supporting Documents' - It's asking under 2 questions for documents regarding 'Payment for 14 day ASQ'?

They both have a red star next to them and need something uploaded. What to people suggest here?

I'm staying a condo throughout my stay in Thailand.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the Evisa (STV) Special Tourist Visa, it is necessary to provide supporting documents for 'Payment for 14 day ASQ'. One suggested approach is to upload your passport data page, as some users find the specific payment request to be irrelevant.

Just upload your passport data page since it's not relevant
