Fill in the arrival and just the basics on the departure. If you were to change to stay your extension of stay to say a retirement option then you could be using the same TM6 in 20 years time if you don't leave Thailand.

Check that you have all the documents you need for the marriage certificate. I seem to recall a letter is require from the embassy saying you are free to marry and an officially translated passport are required.

There is form but some offices fill it in for you so you only have to give them your passport.

Yes get it from you Amphur office. Kor Ror 2. You need your IDs and some may require a copy of the marriage certificate.

1 you can apply now.

2 if you leave before the 90 day it resets to 90 days after your return (Don't forget the TM30 needs to be done on your return. )
