What documents do I need for a Retirement Visa extension in Thailand, specifically in Jomtien?

I will be renewing my Visa extension in 2022 to Retirement from Marriage based for the Retirement Visa I will need:

800,000 baht seasoned 2 months 

An updated bank book on the same day I submit the application as well as a bank note verifying my account.

Contract of Residence.

Do I need a medical note, passport pictures or anything  else ? 

I will go to Jomtien immigration.
