spoke enough English.
Had passport and visa and had the document from immigration. Can’t remember the name of the form sorry.
But I had to get that form to get my Thai license.
So I took my visa, passport and condo lease to immigration for the form to get license.
Then took those forms to bank to get account.
Then took those forms again to land department to get license the following week.
