Please correct me if im wrong but 180 days tax resident is from Jan 1 to Dec 31 right?

Let's say on my 1st entry I stayed 149 days in 2025 and and left before Dec then I re-entry on Dec 1st and stayed until Dec 31 which technically be 180 days. I continue to stay until 2026, and leave February 1. Technically speaking, I shouldn't be a tax resident right?

Hey social media influencers on DTV:

Director-General Pinsai Suraswadi of the Thai Revenue Department has made it clear:

🔹 Social media influencers and online business owners must file income tax documents by the end of this month.

🔹 Failure to report income can result in severe penalties—including back taxes, interest, and fines that can increase your liability by up to 5x!

🔹 The Thai government is tracking digital footprints, making it easier than ever to detect unreported earnings.

🔹 The Revenue Department has the power to audit records going back 5 years—and the penalties include both civil and criminal consequences.

ORIGINAL POSTER
I have not received my VAT refund by credit card yet. Anybody know how to make a complaint?

I flew out on April 8th and got the PP10 form stamped by the customs booth in the entrance lobby of BKK airport.

As my flight was getting late i mailed the form in at a later date to Revenue Thailand. It has been several weeks now. Expecting 5-6000 baht. Sent a complain on a web form on thailand revenue department website but no response received there either.
