that's usually only if they are denied up front, if the immigration officer refuses to accept the application for whatever reason. Yes it's peoples lived experience.
You need to remain in the country you applied in until the process completes and you hear back. If you don't you risk your application being rejected. You also can't apply again from somewhere else while you have a current application being processed
neither. You offer up your application and you don't pay at that point, but if they accept your application and for whatever reason reject it you still have to pay the fee. Your not paying for success, you are paying for the process, the outcome of the process is immaterial
seems pretty straightforward to me. The rules state you must show money in a bank account. We agree Wise is not a bank account. The question is more why do some embassies treat it as if it was. I could have money down the back of my sofa, it's immediately liquid and available, should I be able to show a photo of it?
Highly unlikely, and why would you want to? If you enter with the DTV you will get stamped in for the period your passport is valid for if its under 180 days
If they accept your application you need to pay regardless of success or not. I'd say that the person who all the others are based on should apply first, if they are refused an extension none of the others will get one either as they want to verify that the conditions the DTV was issued under are still met.
Cancelled and rejected are not the same. Your first application was cancelled because the information you supplied was incorrect. The 2nd one was rejected for a reason, how do you plan to offer relocation services without ANY interaction with a Thai entity, or people living inside Thailand?
why? Some embassies accept it some don't. Some immigration offices might accept it (unlikely in my view) some might not. You are supposed to show money in a bank account and Wise most certainly isn't
