not sure what happened to my comment .. was duplicated and then deleted. Anyways, no address cert is required to renew tax and u can do it any province regardless of where the plates are from

If you think you might ever move back to Pattaya, I would just leave the registration as it is. Very very slim chance you’d have any problems.
