Why was my visa application rejected so quickly and how can I improve my chances if I resubmit?

I submitted my application to Hanoi on August 18th, but received a rejection on the 20th. I was working remotely, and all the documents were in order. Why was it rejected in just 2 days? If I change my soft skills documents and submit them again, will I have a chance? Do you have any reliable agents to recommend? I am in Vietnam now.

Same rejection here in Jakarta. Soft power, the status showed pending approval without document requests and received a rejection nonetheless hours thereafter. They are arbitrarily rejecting Chinese applicants regardless of embassies unless there is a good reason not to. 😒

Just go the 'easy' way and contact ISSA Compass visa agency. I don't work for them, but they've been super helpful for me to obtain my DTV, 2 months ago. From Hanoi as well, but using Soft Power (Cooking school).

I paid 15k THB for their 6-month course. I go there just once a month, this won't make me become a 'chef', obviously, but it's fun nonetheless, and it got me the DTV anyway.

Did you include a letter addressed to Hanoi Consulate that says you can work from Thailand, even if you’re freelancer.

And did you include Vietnam boarding pass, hotel rental proof, image of you at the hotel with timestamp.

These are almost always requested for

Please don't say all the documents were in order without listing exactly what documents you supplied and what the document said. Piece by piece describe what every document you supplied contained.
