Lots of flights from USD1k -1.4K on Ettihad , Emirates, Qatar etc Stay away from US carriers and you will be fine. There are lots of search engines, try them?

There are plenty of flights to Canadan via Hong Kong , Tokyo , Seoul and more. I use those waya all of the time. I prefer ANA though..

As long as you have a visa and dress nicely and wear shoes and not flip flops and shorts you should be okay. If you look okay and are polite there is no real reason to deny you entry.

Who knows, depends on the officer at the time . If you are decently dressed and polite I see no proble. If you are in shorts flip flops and a tee shirt it may be different?
