It's OK. It's better to have these things in order before it's too late. I have all forms of POA, medical, legal, and financial, medical directives, etc. since 2017. These documents were created by his lawyer. I took copies to the VA and his bank when we were in the states And I recently had a lawyer double check it, and he said it was thorough. VivoCare also has a copy of everything.
