Hi Shaun, there are definitely people getting in now. I was on a flight on Sunday from the UK with about 40 foreigners entering. Some that I met were very happy to be heading back to their wives after quarantine. I entered on a work permit. You need to contact the embassy where you are and ask them about the process. Different embassies seem to be interpreting the rules differently. They are your one and only go to. The Facebook group mentioned above is very helpful. Hope this helps.

agreed, its totally confusing. It reads like the 200 is for 6 but then they start talking about quarantine places which surely applies to everyone. This originally quite clear process is rapidly becoming a mess and hardly anyone has even started entering yet. Ho hum...
