As much as I hate to admit it, I think that they are giving certain countries a much harder time than others on this.

Being a white dude from Australia I’ve never even had 1 question asked on 3 entries.

And also, go explore. SE asia is great and you have a lot of short ( and cheap) flights to get you there. Everyone should be leaving every 6 months anyway, considering how much effort is involved.
