Depends on the embassy that you are applying via, but most say you shouldn’t apply more than 2-3 months in advance. That being said, besides saying when you will go, the embassy nor immigration will know when you actually go and if you end up going later, that is fine. However, if on the application you said you are not going for 6 months, they might not review it any time soon

Your visa is valid for 5 years from date issued by the embassy, regardless of when you plan to travel. When you arrive, you receive a 180 day entry stamp and have to leave within 180 days

I think you misunderstood the request. While you are required to show 500K (which it sounds like you already have done), they now want proof of employment via pay slips and money entering your account (regardless of what account) matching your payslips. This is a completely different request, not related to the 500K and is probably a way for them to verify that you have actual employment

usually it is valid but you are still required to carry with you the expired passport. Not sure how it is handled when you don’t have the old passport anymore.

There have not been in person applications globally since Jan 1st. You still need to be in the jurisdiction though

You have to report every 90 days. At 180 days you either have to exit the country or apply for an extension, but the extension is hard to get

Make sure you have enough time left on your Vietnam visa. Many others have highlighted that their Vietnam tourist visa expires and they were still waiting for the DTV

no, you apply via the embassy where you are located, not your passport nationality.

Two different things: For place of passport issued, should put your country, not the country where the embassy is located. However, it is not clear if that is the issue here, since they specifically referenced UAE and not Dublin Ireland. I believe, but could be wrong, that there might be two locations where you enter your nationality, once when you create your account on the e-visa website and then in the actual DTV application. If so, it is possible that the screenshot here is pulling from your account information while you mistakenly wrote UAE on the application.
