For your initial application, you will need to show the treatment plan with ongoing appointments. From other accounts, they might want to see the health issue listed (kind of intrusive). A letter from the hospital/doctor isn’t enough
- since you are not their customer, they are following their policy, maybe not leave a review? Curious? Is this a friend or are you trying to start a business?
- From the posts on the DTV Facebook group, it seems like many embassies are becoming much more strict about the length of the course. While short courses worked before, it seems harder to use now. How long is his course for? If he has a tourist visa, he can still take the course, if less than 6 months, so money isn’t wasted. He still gets to participate in the activity he wanted to participate in.
So your friend is in Chiang Mai, so he could speak to her in person then? Does the contract say he would receive a full refund if the visa application was rejected?
curious, have you seen anything around least/more resistance when it is a foreign woman married to a Thai woman or a foreign man married to a Thai man? Just curious, if a foreign woman regardless to who she is married to would have easier go at it.
so most likely it is not because of the gym. Did your friend not know this case when signing up with this gym? Why would you want to write a bad review when you knew the situation? Sounds like you are angry that you were rejected and taking it out on the gym
