It was all the time hard to get a bank account in Thailand bc normally they do not speak English at the branches, I opened my first account 25 years ago on 30 day trip, over the last 15 years I had accounts in 7 different banks. All the DTV holders incapable to solve things in Thailand. You can still get bank accounts but you have to put efforts in it. Thailand is not a country for people who start whining and complaining when a problem pop up. Just solve it. Dress nice, go to bank tell them you want to open a account and don't give up, ask for the manager if they tell you you can't. Then go to the next branch if it not works. In Thailand you get everything but here in the group the biggest problem is tm30 or 90 days report what is in reality zero important for a dtv holder. Same like doing visas for kids under 14 years old.
and ? Where do you see the word Ork permit? You get the same visa with a stupid cooking class, with a doctor's appointment aso. It's the same like a non o visa for retirement. You have to show that you fill the requirements but you don't have to be retired. In the article is never mentioned that you need this visa to work online as this can't be legally as no country in the world issues work permits for remote work as a country can't do it. But. I guess you don't understand basic English words. 😁😜
you don't know anything about Thailand. Dtv not allows you to work it allows you to stay in thailand nothing more. It like the name says a tourist visa. So please study 4 year law like me or shut up!
compared to you I studied law and I know that there is no illegality in working remotely. Because a tourist visa can't give you a permission to work. And if all the morons with zero knowledge about what law is writing you can't but with a dtv you can. I bet with you for all money you can put on the table that you are 100% wrong.
Anonymous participant 189 of course you can, you can do everything in Thailand, that's why agents make money. I opened more than 10 accounts in Thailand at 6 different banks. But I am not a digital nomad who lives in Thailand 1 month and has no clue how to survive
