I submitted mine today at 6am. Had trouble with payment too. There was some strange things. Tried twice in chromium - Error 095. Tried in firefox and a security warning comes up. I check the security certificate and it doesn't match the chromium one and seems to be from Belgium. A bit Suspicious. I went back and tried again about an hour later in Chromium and it failed but then tried again changing to sms verification and it worked. Kaskorn the bank that processes the payments also regularly goes down for maintenence during the night for a few hrs at a time which could also have something to do with it.

no idea. when this ordeal is over i will report here. probably about as long and painful as this

You don't need to contact them for that. "1 month" of training and 6 months can effectively cost the same. By this I mean 1 hour per week of 6 months once a week is equal to 1 month of full time training. In my case the gym just sold a 6 month package which sounds better than 1 month. It's kind of like how many slices in a pizza - it makes no difference as the pizza size is still the same. I was a pizza maker before and this question used to annoy me lol

I would definately print it. While as above guy states it may not be needed I have entered Thailand before and been in sticky situations with cranky IO where a paper is much easier to convey what you want to convey rather than fumbling with a phone.
