Does using another visa affect the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand?
Is DTV like the Elite Visa in that once you use any other visa the DTV is cancelled? I assume it is but not sure.

Yes you can have only 1 visa so if you apply an other type of visa or enter without visa like a tourist dtv is cancelled
