You can be in Thai only on one visa. If visa exempt, you have no other visa unless you apply again from a different place outside of Thai.

No just activation of an O-visa, eVisa 90 days, you do not have it, you could not possibly have it or it was anulled once you enter Thai. No piggybacking visa exemption and then non-O Thai visa.

High season is for regular tourists, on Visa exemption. Nothing to do with visa applications, Non 0 visa appllicants are always there, no seasons.

I am already on 1 year non-O visa. Does it mean, for extension (July 2026) I can bring in 800K THB into my Thai bank account from anywhere, even locallly, from a Thai source or cash in a briefcase?

Just like walk in the park? Get off the plane, get get a Yellow book, SIM card for the tourist SIM number from the airport booth, bank account, all within hours after landing in Thai?

That may take months to have it right.

Yes, you will get next 60 days visa exemption. But, when you do it a 3rd time, Imm officer may question you.

I own my condo, in my name, in Bangkok. But, as non-Thai, I can not have the Blue book. My wife has the blue book for the condo, she has to report me TM30. Usufruct would mean piece of shite.

Never happened over 25 years as I was not doing any visas or extensions. In and out during visa exemption time.
