Nooo. The house Blue book is for Thai nationals, they can sign you in as a tenant, called Yellow Book, with your name in it. That is the most you can get.

That took me 1 month to get, I am the owner of the condo, I bought it. Bangkok, Samut Prakhan. Thai wife and daughter have the Blue Book, me, the owner, Yellow book.

You are not puting the land into your wife's name that is how it must be, nobody is asking whether you agree or not. You have no any right to any land ownership in Thai.

From posts like yours all the rubbish comes to light.

What lawyer could have ever said that a foreigner owns the house (the land and the construction).

Go back to your Google education .

Just get a Thai Bank account, SWIFT would not work (not allow) as simple as that. See my post above.

I do not think it spoils anything for anyone. Imm officer will see on their screen and act as per their rules. An idividual is immaterial. Either stamped in or deny entry.

What Imm oficers may be after are abuses of border runs (even those are tolerated to an extent). Even then, they would tell "get a proper visa, this is the last time we are letting you in".
