you get the best rate with cash , then into my Thai bank account to spend with my Thai wife 😃

Also with all the political bs in Canada is it safe to keep our money at home , Revenue Canada now wants to know when I sell my personal residence!!! What’s up with that

thank you , but that doesn’t answer my question , ICBC may not charge you a fee , but believe me they make the money on the exchange rate
