that's what I thought. Not everyone has a pension plan, some have property and stock investments. Was strange to hear that property rental money wouldn't be recognised.

Thanks. Probably not clear from my OP. I've lived here for 16 years so not coming into the country as such. I've the 400k in my account amd used that way last marriage visa I got. Was going to change and bring money in every month so it seems 40k is the minimum I will need. Thank you
