we've tried 2209-1109 and 2209-1110 listed on their website but haven't yet been able to get anyone live to speak to.

we have tried calling +66 (0) 2209 1109 and +66 (0) 2209 1110 and no live person is available even during business hours.

that's the thing, no reason was provided. My application on their website goes from "Final Review" to "Rejected" with zero explanation

my understand is also that the primary applicant needs to show $80k+ of PASSIVE income for the two prior years AND that the spouse is PART OF THAT LTR application. It's not $80K per person but $80k per application
