@Tod ********
just got off the phone with the Thai embassy, and yes, you will still need to do 90 day reporting, so thank you and
@Greg *******
for pointing this out. I was indeed, misinformed.

They did say that I would be able to report online though, rather than in person, which is a good thing.

Also, the 180 days in Thailand **per calendar year** rather than “consecutively” to become a Tax citizen is also something I was misinformed about. I’m really glad these groups exist, as there is so much misinformation hovering around.

Will have to rethink a few things here!

No, you do not have to check in every 90 days. You will however, have to leave the kingdom every 180 days so that you do not become a Thai tax citizen, and when you go back, the 180 days will reset.

**Correction** Yes you do, please read on...

Tiger Eye Bangkok, let them know you spoke with me, and they'll give you the same treatment.

David Speed I spoke directly to the Thai Consulate, and this is not true. Although, this is Thailand, so things may change in the future.

This is not true at all, I paid for a month unlimited and got mine.

Tiger Eye Bangkok is where I used for my training, and I received my DTV visa.

They are very professional, and a one month unlimited pass to the gym was 10,000baht, and provided the DTV visa documentation for free.

Let me know if you would like to know more, and if you decide to go with them, let them know I sent you for the same treatment.

What criteria aren’t you meeting when rejected? I mean, it’s pretty straight forward.
