Today I had to do the tm30 myself as a tenant, I paid the landlord fine. When I leave the country and come back (to the same apartment) do I need to do the tm30 again the day I arrive?

Any advice for a school in Chiang Mai?

Oh I must have had the visa on arrival then, and used the service for the approval letter. I wasn’t aware there was another method.

if it’s helpful I used the Vietnam Visa Pro service to get the approval letter, and it went smoothly

I can only speak to my experience arriving in Hanoi, but the e-visa fee was only the agents fee and you have to actually pay for the visa when you arrive. The exact amount depends on which visa you selected. (I had selected a 90 day multi entry visa, and the cost was $50 USD)

They asked for no ongoing travel or accommodation information. It was a bunch of 18 year old girls wearing military uniforms from 1975.

I can’t offer help, but I’m curious how many exempt entries you had, and over what length of time. Could you share?
