Are there additional fees for an e-visa upon arrival in HCMC and is a bus ticket sufficient proof of onward travel?

For anyone who applied for the e-visa prior to arriving in HCMC, were there additional fees at the airport? I paid for the e-visa app online, but am unclear whether there are other fees once you receive the actual visa. 

Also, will a bus ticket be accepted as proof of onward travel? And for the rental contract, do you need a photocopy of the landlord's ID? Thanks!
