No, I have not. Many rental car companies have virtual/agency presence in international airports all over the planet. If you make the booking, you’ll be informed to “go to the xx counter”, which is the business partner rental company.
Thanks for the update Ismail. No big surprise, and it’s consistent with the normal life cycle of ambitious announcement through to possible implementation of rule changes.
We’ll know for sure in two days, if/when any changes are published and gazetted. Ambitious announcements outnumber official changes by 10:1, so be prepared.
