I'm trying to think of a web service from the government that works in Thailand...

Immigration booking for appointments oh it was working fine until they took it down because it was so successful it's been down for 3 months, they were saying they are improving it....

Oh 90 days reports online never worked for me,never works for most people. Nobody knows why it works for some people sometimes some old minutes.

Tm30 websites are supposedly down since months, which means hotels needs to run to the immigration everyday I think?

The tourist immigration police have a fine website there's no English information on it whatsoever it's all in Thai and there's no contact numbers except one phone number but there's no information whatsoever in English for any other language than Thai.

If any of this information is incorrect, please update us ..

There's no requirement for life insurance.bRequirements is on health or medical insurance, especially for cover of COVID.

Yes. Of course. I meant non-o.

That was what I was describing.

OA is only if you want it in advance.

Always find a travel insurance is to be complicated because they often require return ticket so if you're staying in definitely it's not applicable

If she's rich then she can figure it out for you...

It would be so easy to provide a covid insurance from the government very simple payments of a fixed fee at the border for entrance it could be like $1,000 baht and just adjusted according to the actual expenses incurred problem solved.

Now we're letting insurance companies steal our money because of something which is relatively unprobable, do you even get a lower premium because you have vaccination? Realistically it should reduce the premium to 2% of the premium if you're on vaccinated right cuz those are the probabilities!

Transfer to a non-o visa inside Thailand 15 days before your stay expires. You need to show the money in a Thai bank account. That gives you 90 days, which can be extended after 2 months to 1 year.

At the moment everyone needs insurance to enter I believe.

How much are we talking about? It's very brazen to put that out when everything is in order. Basically, it's a kind of extortion. If you missed something is one thing. Aren't they afraid for their jobs?

You may need a recording if you want to go further (
***************************************************************************************************
). However, you may need to need to consider how it effects relatives etc.

That you don't mention actual amount is a little bit "funny".

I'm not sure if you can just go to Bangkok and do the extention there, but it may be something to reaearch if you know for sure everything is ok...

I'd think the "tourist" police would be meant for this,
*********************************************************
but I'm not sure what they'd actually do anything, noticing that their register is all in Thai... Meaning is just PR and no information? They are supposed to help you with "problems", maybe one of them will go to immigration with you? Lol

I'd suggest that there maybe something missing and they are "trying to help you" with something... Maybe I'm just naive.

Maybe just smile more and not move from the chair, and be polite.

It's not clear even what "opening up" would mean. End of curfew? open bars? open nightclubs?

I think the "opening up" to tourists just means they can arrive, like before. So, unless there is a "sandbox" allowing them to roam free from day 2 (like phuket)....

Is phuket considered "opened up"?

My bank missed updating the bankbook, they did copy it and sign the copies but that wasn't enough. Luckily the bank was open at the immigration (not the same that made the mistake).

It was not enough that I had the bankbook with me and verified copy of same day. It has to have a line stating the same date!
