Either spend upto 60,000 baht on an agent or do it yourself for 1900 baht ( which is easy)

Use mobile banking, you will be able to still get your pension paid into your account then transfer it to your Thai bank account. Use wise to transfer.

Use ‘wise’ app formerly transfer wise. A lot of people on here use it. It’s simple to use and you get a decent exchange rate, better than your bank.
