Is a separated 'Fit to Fly' certificate acceptable for entering Thailand if it states the same information as the negative Covid test?

Greetings, just had my negative Covid test back. The place I had it done usually puts fit to fly on same certificate which I said was not acceptable for Thailand and needs to be two separate ones.

They said they would do me a separate one which they have but both certificates say exactly the same things on but titled differently, one says Negative Covid Test, other says Fit to Fly.

Will the FTF be acceptable?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user obtained two certificates for their Covid-19 test, one for 'Negative Covid Test' and another for 'Fit to Fly'. The user is concerned whether the 'Fit to Fly' certificate, which contains the same information but is titled differently, will be accepted for entry into Thailand. Comments suggest it should be acceptable as long as it is certified by a registered doctor and clearly states that the individual is fit to fly.

It has to state that you're fit to fly and be signed by a doctor

As long as it's certified/signed by a registered Dr. it should be fine.
